How I Deal With Difficult Issues

WELL... When I have to deal with issues, I tend to go through a little process. Usually I get upset, then over think it, then realize how dumb I probably am for getting upset. I usually have to remind myself that I am fortunate to live the life that I do and I should just be thankful that I'm alive. I ALWAYS tell myself that someone has it so much worse than me. I can't really complain or call anything ''difficult'' while people are dying of terrible diseases, being tortured, being abused, having no food and no place to live... I have no room to complain and neither do 99% of the people constantly complaining on Facebook from an iPhone about how their lives suck. No way Jose.
