One Interesting Thing About The Sub

One interesting thing about my sub is that he/she is not in the classroom right now but I am.

Okay now she is here. She's interestingly short and quiet.

Fall Play!

Yesterday were the fall play auditions! I've been sick all week and yesterday I just happened to get laryngitis. Perfect timing, right? But my voice was strong enough to make it through auditions AND get a callback for today! But then last night my voice completely went away and I was worried for today since I really really really need it for my callbacks after school. So far my voice is fine so I plan on not talking until I need to after school. The last thing I need is to be rejected for something I have no control over. But I'm excited! And Will did PERFECT at his auditions and of course got a call back. :) The part I really want is the sister of the part Will wants so that'd be really cool if it works out that way! Mrs. Bell would be smart to do that cause Will and I would do NOTHING but rehearse all day and we aren't afraid to critique each other. We would do so great. :) But we will see! I know Will will (haha) get the part he wants. He's like crazy talented. hehehehe.

Most Important Person

The most important people in my life are my mom, dad, grandma, grandpa and Will.
My mom works sooooo much just for ME. She works up to 100 hours a week and never fails to make sure I'm happy and have everything I need (not want). She has always worked a lot and she loves her job as a surgical technician. Some people may think it's damaging that she works that much but she always takes me on nice vacations and we always do fun things together. :) She does so much for me!
My mom worked nights when I was a baby until I was about 3. I was always with my grandparents! They pretty much raised me because I got so used to being with them everyday and I never wanted to leave haha. Still to this day I live mostly with them. :) My grandma spoils me soooo much (too much!!) I always have to tell her not to get me things but she always gets all crazy with random gifts. I know she just does it to make me happy though. And I wouldn't get anywhere without her. She gives me rides everywhere which Is the reason I don't have my own car to drive because she thinks I won't be around and she would be sad if she  never took me anywhere. My grandpa is so sweet:) He helps out my mom if something randomly goes wrong, he's the handyman and/or he will give her a little extra cushin money. And he is the one giving my grandma all the money to drive me places and get me food:) I love my dad without a doubt and he pays my child support but sometimes thats not enough. He's been divorced from my mom for 5 years and at the beginning he still tried hard to help out a little extra. Now he just makes sure child support is payed and complains how he is always broke and can't even spare about $5 or 5 hours to spend with me. He likes his phone, internet and sleeping more than anything. But I still love him and I would be so sad without him! Will has been my best friend for almost 3 years and my boyfriend for 2. :) I've already talked about him in many other posts so it should already be inevitable how much he means to me. :)

Favorite Subject

My favorite subject changes every year. The reason behind that is because my favorite subject depends on the teacher. I hate language arts but its my favorite class because of the teacher. I have the potential to enjoy math, but this year I don't because of the people in my class and the teacher can't really control them. Soooo yeah. I don't have a definite favorite. They're all equal to me and my performance and mood is all dependent on the one teaching.



Guess what?! Auditions for the fall play are tomorrow and I'm sick! :( Hopefully I'm blessed by a miracle and am better tomorrow. But after school Will and I are hanging out to practice over and over and over! I can't really tell if I'm nervous and ignoring it, or just don't care. Hopefully I don't get nervous though cause I really don't want to screw this up.

Weekend

Friday I went to the football game with Will. :) Saturday I did nothing at all. Like...honestly. And yesterday Will came over! he brought over some yummy guacamole he made so we had it with some chips. Then we spent a lot of time rehearsing our monologues together since we are auditioning for the fall play on Wednesday. Will has the biggest chance of getting the lead, there's no doubt. But I have a bit of competition but I'm feeling like I can get a decent role. Yaaaaay:)

Definition

A coach is someone who can help you achieve your full potential to open your mind to endless creativity and ability. Coaches shouldn't be the type who just give you step by step, standard instructions and tell you do do something as its forced to be. Like coach Larsen, good coaches should give you opportunities to perform to your own original potential and show all you can do by what we've been taught, instead of just spitting back up memorized information.

New Rule

If I could make a new rule, it would be all work is turned in by Friday. My math class this year is like that and it's really helpful for people like ME who like to actually take time on things. It gives you all the time through the week to get it done and I wish all classes could be like that. :)

Favorite Band

My favorite band is SUBLIME!!!! But I'm NOT a pothead or druggie or anything bad, despite the stereotypes of Sublime freaks. I'm actually wearing a Sublime shirt today, how convenient. :)
I've loved Sublime since I was 11 and I will never ever ever get sick of listening to them. I wish I was a teenager living in Long Beach in the 90's so I could've been to their concerts. :)
I went to a Sublime with Rome concert in March and it was amaaaaazing! Rome is their new frontman since Bradley Nowell  passed away in 1996 from a herion OD. I really didn't want to listen to Sublime with Rome because I didn't think it'd be the same without Bradley but I ended up loving Rome and the new stuff too. :) If I have a kid I'm naming my son Bradley Roman hahaha:)  I wanna be like a tour filmer for Sublime with Rome. Like go to all of their shows and make a tour DVD for them. That'd be so amazing. :)

I also love  Nicki Minaj, Maroon 5, Casey Abrams, No Doubt, Christina Aguilera, Eminem, Rome Ramirez's solo stuff, Kat Nestel, Gwen Stefanis solo stuff... Yep! No country or metal. No no no.

MyFavoriteSport

I am so terrible at sports. Therefore I do not like playing them. I like to watch some sports though but only if I'm there. It's too boring to watch on t.v. I like going to baseball games and I've been to a celebrity shoot sout basketball game once and that was cool. I've also been to a hockey game. I think it'd be fun to go to the superbowl even though I don't like football. Its just the excitement you get when you're actually at a game, then it's fun. :)

Presidential Canidates.

I can vote this year! :) I know very little about the canidates though but I'll tell you what I know without research...

Mitt Romney is mormon, he is against gay marriage, he is neither pro life or pro choice, he is for keeping the U.S bordered, and his vice president candidate is a very good speaker.

Barack Obama is newly pro gay marriage, he hasn't helped the U.S with the border problem, his health care sucks, and he just hasn't impoved America but I don't think anyone can at this point. Oh and I'm mad at him because at the 10 year memorance of 9/11 he was talking during the moment of silence.

I can vote, but I don't know if I will. If I do It'll be Mitt Romney because at this point no one can save the country so we might as well just bring in somebody new.

Oh and heres a funny side story. On the last election day I was super super super sick and was throwing up all day. The whole day I was just thinking ''this must be a sign since Obama is winning.'' And I think it was a sign because these last 4 years have been a pile of poop having him as president. I like him just as a person though! He seems super nice.... Like if he was a teacher I'm sure he'd be great....he just shouldn't run the country.

This Classroom Is FREEZING.

It was nice walking into this class last year when it was extremely hot by the time 6th hour came around but coming into it in the morning makes it seem 10 times colder. Anyway...
I really hope I can be a TA for this class 3rd hour. They better let me even though Larsen already has two TAs. I just really want my 3rd hour fixed. I'm moving this weekeend! Not really. I'm staying in the same apartment complex but moving into a different apartment. Does that make sense? Hopefully its not raining during that process because we just planned on walking all of our stuff to the new apartment on wagons and dollies SO the rain would ruin that idea.

Senior year week 1 COMPLETE!

Yesterday was the only good day I've had so far. My schedule is all messed up and I'm having trouble fixing it. But yesterday Will and I went to Chipotle after school and hung out for a few hours and it kept my mind off of my scheduling issues whcich have been upsetting me. After we ate, we walked across the street to JC Pennys and we spent like an hour in there. He wants to be a chef so he's always intruiged by kitchen items so we spent a lot of time looking at cooking essentials. Then towards the end, we dot to the curtain area where they have them all displayed on fake stationary doors as samples. We found it to be a perfect place to play hide and seek, so naturally we did. Will is very jumpy and I always scare him so as we were playing hide and seek I saw him trying to sneak to another door I thought he saw me. So since I thought he saw me, I thought he was coming up to scare me so when we came face to face I yelled and he jumped and fell down. It was so funny but I felt bad as usual. Apparently he didn't even see me at all and he wasn't about to scare me hahaha. Then we went to Chic Fil A for a milkshake and it was just a really fun day. :)

Best Memory in Past 2 Days

My best memory happened just last night. My grandma and I were tossing an empty water bottle back and fourth. We were really amused and having fun even though we weren't doing too good. So the last time I threw it, she got it, lost grip of it, caught it again, then lost grip again and then completely DOVE for it and fell and knocked everything off the ottoman and it all fell on her. It all happened in like less than two seconds and it was sooooo funny! (She wasn't hurt at all) and we couldn't breathe from laughing so hard. :)

Friends Go Bye Bye!

I miss having Jonah and Anthony in this class! I had so much fun with them in here. Anthony just has to be a stupid nurse with a full schedule and Jonah had to move! :( But now Kodi is coming back in here, so I'll have him and Zack...so that's good. :)
