What Should Happen?

Today we're supposed to give our opinion on what should happen to a person if they leave their baby in a car , especially on a hot day. OBVIOUSLY I think that's ridiculous and anybody that is dumb enough to do that need to be punished. They need to take their kid away, and get thrown in jail, even if they were only gone for 5 minutes. I don't see how people can do that. If you're a parent or watching over a kid you're supposed to be responsible to take care of the baby and keep it safe. I don't understand people these days...
