Today we were asked to view a video by Ken Robinson regarding how school for many people now, is not going to do much for them. Like he was explaining, not everyone is going to need more than half of the things here we learn in school. Most students today are going to become something within their own mind set and creativity, and it's even proven that a very high percentage of us are going to get into careers that don't even exist yet. A very small percent of us is going to need to know we learn here. Most are going to do something with arts like entertaining, or creating. This is why I think there is a problem with cutting fine arts classes because that is what is going to help us with most of our futures. I have to say I agree with pretty much everything Ken was discussing in his speech.
Thousands of jobs that aren't even in existance, and that we will be working in, and we're not getting proper education.
