Last Book I Read For Fun
I am going to be completely and utterly honest and say I don't remember the last time I read ''for fun''. I hardly ever read. Even when we have to for class I don't really read because I can not focus on a book whatsoever. So since I'm not good at it, I don't enjoy it. Therefore, I don't do it for fun or at all. I really wish I did enjoy reading though! I just have a terrible time focusing and comprehending. It bothers me. :( But I read magazines! Just not books haha.

Green Screen Project
Main Concept= Jonah and Anthony are going to have magic powers and take away each thers bodies. Like Jonah will take Anthonys head off and then Anthony will take Jonahs legs away. Stuff like that. They'll make each other invisible. But they're flying in space and the're fighting for their home planet.
Props=Maybe a stick. Like a magic wand.
Extras= Two large green blankets.

Fast Food
Uh.. I eat a lot of fast food haha. Especially lately because I've been way too busy to actually be home or cook my own food. I barely have time to sleep.haha

Summary
Supplements are taken by athletes, assuming its going to improve performance. But recent studies have revealed that they are actually a type of placebo, and does nothing to their skills and work. A lot that were studied was a type of food. Results showed that a good majority of them had nothing special with their nutrition and diet, making the product almost useless to take. Overall, legal or illegal, useful or useless, the products being consumed by athletes are getting the wrong idea of expectancy and misusing the supplement.

FRIDAAAAAAY
I had a terrible night. So so so so so so stuuuupid. And today is not great either. Except now its better. :) At this moment, I'm working with Jonah to create a lovely lovely story and it will become the greatest story of all.

How many times a week I spend an hour doing exercise?
I exercise for 1+ hours 5 days a week and I try to run a mile at least once a week as well. :)
I spend about 5 hours at musical rehearsal every day after school and that's A LOT of dancing over and over and then just jumping around being hyper or whatever. Then on the weekends I'm with my mom I'll go to the gym for like 45 minutes to an hour running a mile or trying to do the stair stepping thing.
Also I walk evvvvvveeeeeerywhere. I do tons of walking.
