I exercise for 1+ hours 5 days a week and I try to run a mile at least once a week as well. :)
I spend about 5 hours at musical rehearsal every day after school and that's A LOT of dancing over and over and then just jumping around being hyper or whatever. Then on the weekends I'm with my mom I'll go to the gym for like 45 minutes to an hour running a mile or trying to do the stair stepping thing.
Also I walk evvvvvveeeeeerywhere. I do tons of walking.
